Return Policy for SHOR Fishing
**1. Returns**
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us by email at sales@shor.fishing to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item.
**2. Refunds**
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
**3. Exchanges**

**4. Shipping**

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If possible, please send us the tracking number for your return.
