1. What is SHOR Fishing? SHOR Fishing is your go-to online store for high-quality fishing gear and accessories. We offer a wide range of products to meet all your fishing needs, whether you're a seasoned angler or just starting out. Please note that we only sell our own brands, which are SHOR Fishing, Neptune, and Invasion, and not the brands we distribute.


2. How can I place an order? Placing an order is simple! Browse our products on our website, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase. You do not need to create an account to place an order; it is possible to order as a guest user.


3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and PayPal. You don't need an account with PayPal to pay if you select this method.


4. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.


5. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us by email at sales@shor.fishing to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item.


6. How do I return an item? To return an item, please contact us at sales@shor.fishing to obtain an RMA number. Then, mail your product to: 265 rue du collège, St-Jean-De-Matha, Canada, J0K2S0. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If possible, please send us the tracking number for your return.


7. Can I exchange an item? We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email at sales@shor.fishing prior to sending the product. Send your item to: 265 rue du collège, St-Jean-De-Matha, Canada, J0K2S0.


8. Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs are $25 USD, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please check our shipping policy or contact us at sales@shor.fishing for more information. Additionally, there are some products that we can't export. In the USA, we can't export all fur and feathers, and internationally, we can't export polar bear, heron, and seal.


9. What are the delivery times? Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders within Canada take 2-4 business days, while international orders may take 4-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
