This chenille has long, loose translucent fibers that undulate in the water like marabou. UV colors have long UV fibers that catch ultraviolet light and make the chenille iridescent.
Hareline Polar Chenille produces soft, mobile bodies with a translucent, flowing appearance. Its longer fibers move naturally in the water, making it an excellent material for streamers, leech patterns, and other flies that benefit from extra motion. Wrap it along the shank to create volume without a rigid silhouette.
